Enjoy beautiful Puglian food, great local wine and let the evening unfold. You begin the evening as strangers, but very often you leave the table as friends.

Pizza Masterclass

There is no better place to learn the art of pizza making than Italy. At Legaro, our Pizza Masterclass takes place in the estate’s 200-year-old bakery, where generations before us baked bread and prepared food for the family.

Learn how to stretch a pizza by hand, and then choose your favourite toppings, before you put the pizza in the oven.

Make pizza together with friends and family, open a bottle of wine and enjoy.

Cheese making

Visit an authentic Apulian Masseria and discover how mozzarella, burrata, caciocavallo, and many other typical products from southern Italy are made! You'll be able to sample exceptionally fresh and seasoned cheeses, typical lettuce, and much more... all in complete relaxation.

Historic Towns

Day tour to visit the most beautiful historic towns of Puglia like Alberobello, Locorotondo, Polignano al Mare, Ostuni or Monopoli. The tour can be customized. If needed we can incorporate a lunch in an authentic restaurant.
